This is a claim for workmens compensation benefits for a death resulting from a heart attack. The deputy labor commissioner found that the decedents employment caused his heart attack and awarded benefits pursuant to RSA 281:22. The New Hampshire Supply Company and its insurance carrier, the Insurance Company of North America, appealed the decision to the superior court. After a trial de novo, the superior court ruled that there was insufficient medical proof to establish that the deceaseds heart attack was caused by his employment. Accordingly, workmens compensation benefits were denied. Mrs. Steinberg, the claimant, excepted to the trial courts holding, and all issues were reserved and transferred by Dunfey, J. We remand.
