PROCEEDINGS. - Chadwick sued Nielsen for malpractice. Nielsen conducted the usual discovery, but Chadwick did little discovery. Chadwick moved to amend the complaint immediately before trial, and her motion was denied. She did not call a medical expert. The trial court directed a verdict for Nielsen, and Chadwick appealed.
